Nutrition is the foundation on which the rest of your fitness is built, and most people are guessing at it. This course replaces the guessing with a clear approach to quality, quantity, and habits. By the end, you will understand CrossFit’s nutrition recommendations more deeply and be able to put them to use.

Nutrition Is the Foundation

This course teaches how food affects your health and performance, what quality and quantity actually mean, and how to put both into practice in a way you can sustain throughout your life. Move from understanding the problem to applying a real solution.

Connect Carbs to Chronic Disease

See how processed and refined carbohydrates contribute to the development of chronic disease.

Read Your Health Markers

Understand how health markers can illuminate where your health actually stands and how to interpret them relative to your goals.

Make Sense of Supplements

Real food comes first. But with supplements everywhere, from gym bags to grocery aisles, you should know what they are, what they claim to do, and when (if ever) they earn a place in your diet.
