Great video! Would love if Crossfit talked more about stress/cortisol and insulin resistance. I personally believe that the most significant culprit is too often forgotten.

Julie/Tom! many have pre-diabetes. sometimes it takes that diagnosis to make a change in your lifestyle. if your A1c is elevated, the horse is out of the barn. if you have a little "beer belly" that's also a tell tale sign. Elevated BP > 130/80? that too. been told you have a "fatty liver" - that's the silent scream from your liver. The scary thing - just because you CrossFit, doesn't spare you from pre-DM. The base of the CrossFit pyramid is nutrition.
