Comments on Dr. Colin Champ Webinar
We really want nutrition to be a simple algebraic formula and instead, it mirrors the theory of relativity. It is multi-dimensional and while caloric expenditure has some role, hormonal influences cannot be ignored. Move heavy weights and signal your body that it needs to increase its muscle mass, then provide it with the whole foods building blocks to do just that. The fewer ingredients, the less the packaging, and the closer you are to a whole foods diet. That muscle mass is of benefit to cancer patients should not be a surprise to anyone. That we are still arguing about how to get there, shouldn't be either.
