Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

Max set of strict pull-ups
Max set of strict ring dips

Post number of pull-ups and dips completed each round to comments.

Scaling:
Modify the gymnastics movements in order to perform a minimum of 10 reps of each when fresh.
