CrossFit movements are infinitely scalable and the program is designed to meet any individual at any fitness level. Can’t do pull-ups? That’s OK! CrossFit coaches have a variety of scaling options to offer including band-assisted pull-ups, negative pull-ups, ring rows, or even just hanging from a pull-up bar to build the requisite grip strength to achieve pull-ups one day. Start where you are and move through these scaling options to work toward your pull-up goal.
