For the second time in history, a CrossFit Open workout was announced live from a garage gym — Justin Medeiros’ home gym, to be exact.

The two-time Fittest Man on Earth and four-time CrossFit Games athlete Colten Mertens went head-to-head in Open Workout 24.2 inside the “Shred Shed.”
