CrossFit Affiliate Programming

CrossFit Affiliate Programming will incorporate the four workouts during the competition dates and will have lesson plans available for all individual/age-group workouts so you can run them smoothly in a normal class setting.

  • By ensuring the workouts are manageable within a class environment, we hope our affiliates with larger qualifying pools can easily accommodate all of their athletes. By taking advantage of the comprehensive CAP class plans, complete with scaling options and coaches notes, our affiliates with fewer qualifying athletes can have their members’ support by joining in the workouts even if not competing directly.
  • By including the broader community in these workouts, we also hope to give them a new fitness goal. They may not have qualified this year, but it gives them something to strive for next year!

Floor Plans and Equipment

There are no official floor plans or unusual equipment requirements in 2024. All required equipment can be found in a typical CrossFit affiliate. Some workouts may require a specified distance between equipment for safety concerns.

Floor plans and an equipment list will be published on the CrossFit Games site as soon as the workouts are released.

However, if you have an athlete who believes they may have an opportunity to advance to the next phase of the competition, please record their workout. Registered judges are strongly encouraged but not required for competing or non-competing athletes.
