Calling all CrossFit affiliate owners! It’s time to put your coaching experience to the test and show off your programming skills. 

We want to feature your programming in the official 2025 Community Cup workouts this summer. If you are an affiliate owner, you have the opportunity to create a workout for a chance to be featured in this new community competition.

If your workout is chosen, it will be implemented on a global scale (and you will have bragging rights that Competition Director Adrian Bozman chose your workout!).

What is the Community Cup?

The Community Cup is a fun, affiliate-based online competition to gauge where you sit against other athletes of similar abilities. Competition will take place from June 9-15, 2025.

Who Can Participate in this Contest?

The Contest is open to CrossFit affiliate owners who:

  • Are in good standing with CrossFit, LLC as of January 1, 2025.
  • Have a current CrossFit Trainer Credential (Levels 1-4).
  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

Employees of CrossFit, LLC, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter a Workout

Affiliate owners will have from March 20 to April 4 to enter as many workouts as they want for a chance to win! You have two ways to submit workouts:

1. Share your workout with us on social media

To enter, you can post your workout submission on Instagram or X and tag @CrossFitAffiliates in your caption, using the hashtag #CC2025

2. Fill out a Google Form

You can also submit your workout using the Google Form below.

Choosing the Winners

At the close of the contest, three workouts will be chosen and incorporated into the Community Cup. The winning workouts will be announced and the programmers will be credited the week before competition starts. 

Programming Considerations

  • The workout must include common equipment and consider reasonable space within an affiliate.
  • Affiliates must be able to run the workout in multiple heats within a full, hour-long class.
  • Classic CrossFit is encouraged such as well-put-together couplets, triplets, or chippers.
  • Common equipment includes:
    • Dumbbells, 35/50/70 lb
    • Kettlebells, 16/24/32 kg
    • Barbells and standard plates
    • Pull-up bar
    • Gymnastics rings
    • Plyo box, 20/24/30 inches
    • Medicine balls, 14/20 lb
    • Rower/erg
    • Jump rope
    • Open floor and wall space
  • Movements/equipment to avoid:
    • Bikes
    • Ski ergs
    • Rope climbs
    • GHD sit-ups
