What a great way to spend the weekend. This was my second time attending the level 1 course. It really renewed my passion for Crossfit and made me want to be a better coach!

Foi muito bom fazer o curso ministrado pelo Jobst e Victor, os caras mandam muito do assunto e passam de uma forma que qualquer pessoa entenderia! Obrigado pela oportunidade de passar esse final de semana com vocês! Foi incrível!!!

I attended the level 1 course in Cardiff this weekend, coaches were great and the weekend as a whole was very in depth and a great insight into seeing things more technically and breaking everything down. Would recommend to anyone who has an interest in CrossFit and wants to learn a bit more about the sport they are in 

We all had a fantastic weekend in Cardiff, learned that we didn't really know what we thought we did and so much more. I can't wait to share this valuable knowledge. We also couldn't have asked for a better leading team; Andy, Oakley, Jonny and Davs were all great. Thank you!

Super vibe with the other coaches and learned a lot from the Staff and got good feedback that i can use.

And now a greater challenge with the lockdown of all boxes in the Netherlands.

What a great course!! Thank you Crossfit. It was great spending time with people from the Crossfit community in Cardiff. The course was delivered by coaches (Davs, Oakley, Andy and Johnny) who combined superb knowledge with infectious energy. I think I’m already moving better, and can’t wait to help others do the same!

The course in Cardiff was a great, super fun weekend of training and learning with like minded people. Oaks, Davs, Andy and Johnny led it superbly and made it a great experience.

Fraser and Tia came to the L1 course in Cookeville!? What an experience for all of y’all! Although our instructors in Tampa were incredible.  Thanks again Todd, Cassidy and Val!

On today’s date, my son and I Austen completed the practical portion of the Level 1 course at Ferncreek CrossFit in Louisville, Ky.  Besides the great bonding I did with my son, the course was excellent and so were the in coaches, Joe Degaine, Becky Harsh and Kolin Theede.  Though they held us accountable the 2 days, they did make us feel welcome and comfortable which made for a great learning experience.  
This was a recert for me and it really made my coaching game better!  Thanks for all you coaches did for us this weekend!
