A weekend to increase knowledge with incredible coaches! thank you so much Mike and Paul!

I cannot say enough about how great this kcmo weekend was! Learned a ton and even started the zone when I got back Tuesday! All staff was knowledgable, friendly, and generous with answers for all the questions I at least asked!!!!  Wish I knew all their gyms and handles to follow them on social media...

The L1 in Lubbock was first-rate. Thanks for coming out. And nice to see the L2 was hosted by Chikara in Tokyo. I was lucky enough to train there for a week in April 2016 when I was visiting Japan. One of the best boxes I've ever visited!

Pablo & Jessica were amazing!  The CF knowledge and instruction they shared was truly inspirational. I learned so much in two days and I'm excited to continue my CF journey! Thanks CF Max02 for hosting!

The L1 course at CF MaxO2 Des Moines was amazing!  Pablo and Jess are exceptional coaches/teachers and this reiterated how critical and life-changing the CF methodology and most importantly, community, are...thank you all so much for leading this course!
