Coach Nuno, Coach Brent, and Coach Jeremy were the best! I loved CrossFit as a methodology and as a community before, and this weekend just reinforced all the reasons why. Big thanks to you guys, to Jason and CrossFit Lackland, and to all the other participants.

Had a great time in Des Moines this weekend! Thanks Pablo, Jess, Cody, and the rest of the folks at Max Oxygen!

Pablo and team absolutely smashed it in Des Moines at Max Oxygen CrossFit. I drove back to Minneapolis and my mind was racing, I did not sleep last night as I was going through all the theory and trying to plan my next goals of what I want to achieve. Feeling pumped (maybe slightly anxious about the test result!)

Had an amazing experience at the L1 training this weekend at Max Oxygen CrossFit in Des Moines, IA with Pablo, Jess, and Cody. The course and instruction were terrific.

Big shout out to CF staff: Pablo,  Cody, and Jess (who happens to own this kick ass box in DesMoines called Max Oxygen where we all hooked up!!!). Great weekend, great people, great community!! I am so excited to take the next step with my L1!!!!
