Great video of two long term gym owners.  

Hard info for a newer owner to digest.   

Would love to see Profit/Loss statements on these gyms.  

Quick math in this video has staff costs in the high $300,000s.  This is more than many many CrossFit gyms gross per year.  

Info to help make this info more useful. 

Membership rates,  Membership numbers, Overhead costs, Gross revenue, Owner pay, Profit %.  

As a long term gym owner myself.  I appreciate the sentiment of taking care of your staff.
