warm up:

3 round of:

  • 15 high knees
  • 15 butt kicker
  • 200 m run

then

3 round of:

  • 6 front squat (empty bar)
  • 6 Strict press
  • 3Hang Squat Clean
  • 3 strict pull up

Strenght:

  • 2 Clean@RPE 6 (74 kg)
  • 2 Cleans@RPE 7x2 (76kg)
  • 2 Cleans @RPE 8x3 (80kg)

WOD:

Every 2 minute for 5 round:

  • 200 m Run
  • 2 Muscle Up (Ring Jump Muscle up)
  • max reps Power Clean (62kg) (5,5,5,4,7)
