As rx’d, plus 20# weight vest - 12:28.


Went about as expected.  Snatches went quicker than usual, but left me very fatigued on the rower.  Could only maintain 1000 cal/hr, vs the usual 1100-1300.  Some of that is also the vest – which makes the layback much tougher.  In any case, good workout.

Yes Chad, sumo with a 45 lb bar is the standard sub for row. When subbing for reps I usually add 10%, so for instance maybe do 45-35-20 reps. For me that would be the approximate number of strokes on the rower to hit those calories. Hope that helps.
