Intermediate option:

30-20-10 reps for time of:

Burpees

Chin-over-bar pull-ups

Alternating Kettle Bell snatches


Weight: 35lbs


Round 1 - 5:56

Round 2 - 5:49

Round 3 - 2:48

Total - 14:33


  • Burpees (Unbroken)
  • Wide Grip Kipping Pull Ups (I could only do 10 at a time with rests in between)
  • Alternating Kettlebell Snatches (Unbroken)

Just a hint, by the way, if you search his name in the workout archive section you'll see quotes like this scattered through tons of workouts from 2001 - 2005. My favorite goes something along the lines of, "for those complaining about gaining weight and muscle, get up to 30 pull-ups in a row and you'll gain 5 pounds of lats alone." Something along those lines.
