working towards a 5K row, so: had time for a 10-min row-trial: 2419m on C2, 2:04-2:05 / 500m pace.


work to do to get at / under 2min / 500m pace...

Completed from 12/21, 17:13. 57 F, 5'4", 120#. 4 rds run 400m, 50 squats.

Forced to use elliptical, one knee couldn't tolerate even the treadmill, so stuck with the recommended 2:15 run time.
