Still don't feel good on the ribs. PullUps and running don't aggrevate that, but going close to failure ached my chest. Didn't want to test back extensions, as hunching over aggrevates my ribs. Did this workout under time crunch. PullUp volume is still there with brief rest, but maxsets have dropped. Running is still not where I want it to be, but I just logged 2 miles with some good tempo intervals.

*Been dealing with a cranky back since BS/FS workout. Decided to heavily scale hip extensions and perform them carefully and deliberately. Did 2x15 after stopping the clock to add in a little more volume. Overall they felt pretty good.

HE’s on the GHD were killer! Had to keep stopping because of the blood rush to my head, had me seeing nothing but white. The runs were also just my usual slow and steady pace. This was a rough WOD that was mentally really challenging. But hey, I did the work and as Josh Bridges would say… I payed the man!
