MMA-style kettlebell/BOSU/cable machine training (too complicated to explain, but I know what I did!)

5 exercises: 34:30; down 2 minutes from 45 days ago.


Love, love, love being back into CrossFit! My only criticism is there are not enough frontal and transverse plane movements; hence, my incorporating other exercises into the fold.
