Don't have the strength for Lsits. Nor had the time or patience to practice them in the middle of my powerlifting gym. Cleans were too easy. FlutterKicks were real tiring. Hopefully this helps the next time I do the MARSOCShortCard. Need to improve my core strength and PushUps.

completed 7/6 at the Y. used an 18lb slam ball for the cleans. L-sit with butt on ground.

boring workout without a fun odd object.


211127 - same L-sit scale, used a 40lb log for cleans. 6 rounds.

I consider this an improvement over the compare to score seeing that I did the L-sits. None of the sits were unbroken today.
