Did our Friday Bulletproof workout

7 RFT (15min time cap)

4 Gound to Overhead (65# Power snatch)

12 Broad jumps (no distance requirement)

200m run with 14# Medball

Rest ~5min


15min AMRAP (all exercises with 20# vest on)

5 Pull-ups

5 Box step-ups (20" box)

6 hand release push-ups

20yd Farmer carry with 2 KBs (53# KBs)

10 Squats

7rds + pull-ups + box step-ups (finished round 8 for good measure)


Legs were crushed after yesterday's 10k. Tomorrow might be a rest day for me.
