power snatched the build ups and first 3 loads. Right lateral elbow joint pain gong past 155 on these these lately. Doesn’t feel like a tendon issue. Mostly hurts right after I drop the bar/prevents me from lowering/receiving in the back-rackanf makes me squat more upright. Had some technique issues descending in the squat at 180: hard to sit back/knees pushing forward a lot.

Minimum 5 reps each weight 65-115# in 10# increments. Stopped on rep 3 at 125# as right shoulder was starting to feel a bit out of sorts. Form felt good today.

Globo wod: If you do not have bumper plates today work up to a set of heavy but controllable 3s, and set up safeties in your rack if needed just below the position at the bottom of your ohs. Dumbbells sub dumbbell OHS 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 each side, alternating sides each set. If you max the available dumbbells do AMRAP sets. Of note Dumbbell OHS are difficult and a larger challenge to mobility than its barbell cousin so start light and warm up adequately.
