Did last week’s time demand Fran. Results there. Ugh.


Then made up last month’s 2-rep back squat workout. Results there, but topped out at 210. Happy with that given my recent back tweak.

CrossFit thank you for sharing this information. It needs to be shared with our friends and family. I also read your earlier article (https://www.crossfit.com/essentials/the-perfect-storm-coronavirus-covid-19-pandemic-meets-overfat-pandemic) showing ties to obesity and I think it is fascinating and compelling science.

Can you add links to the scientific articles on posts like this? I want to read them and become more informed.
