Surprised to see no WOD today as well even with the four days on from Th-Sun. Made-up Peyton. Results there.

Really fantastic to hear this, I couldn't agree more. I wish my local hospital had a crossfit gym :) I am 22.5 months post stroke and I always say "movement covers a multitude of ills". Functional fitness put me in me on a good path both in being fit before my experience and being in a good routine after it. People say that my recovery is pretty miraculous - but people have gotta realize... you have to get moving!

What happened to the 3 on 1 off? I have seen this randomly where rest days are programmed sporadically ever since Glassman sold. Just curious.

On another note I’m going on a long vacation. Does anyone have good body weight workouts or where to find them online?

They had four-in-a-row for 4th of July weekend. This just makes up for it.

I recommend the book Wodzilla. It’s nothing but a list of WODs, including a big section on body weight ones. It’s great for inspiration.
