Had an amazing time at the L1 seminar at CrossFit Downtown Atlanta this past weekend!  I plan to coach at AAYMCA CrossFit in Anderson, SC.

Thank you for hosting CF Forward (Fredericksburg, VA) and thank you Aimee and Alex for teaching, coaching, and mentoring. The L2 Staff was great and the whole crew at the course made for a good experience.

Took the level 2 at CrossFit Jax in Jacksonville, FL. Todd and Chris were great! Can't seem to find the course photo here though :/

Took Level 1 July 3-4 at CrossFit Downtown Atlanta. Awesome experience! Chuck, Sarah and Donni were very informative while keeping us entertained. I plan to coach at CrossFit Higher Ground in Newnan, GA.

Level 1 in Lochgelly, Scotland was amazing! So much knowledge, experience and many laughs shared. Had a great time and looking forward to doing more seminars in the future ☺️ Special thanks to our seminar staff for making the weekend an absolute blast!

CrossFit L1 in Cockeysville was the best!! Pablo, Jeren and Clay were so knowledgeable and everyone who took the course became bffs in just 2 days! Love y’all!
