We couldn't have asked for a better seminar team, the energy, the interactive lessons and spot on responses to all our questions - Chad, Candice and Tiaan, you guys are absolute legends! 

It was a great weekend at CrossFit District 6, in Cape Town South Africa. You guys in the seminar team have taken us through our "threshold training" of understanding CrossFit, and for that we say thank you. Shout out to Chad, Candice and Tiaan - you guys are champions!

Learned so much at the L2 at CrossFit Pittsburg! Aimee, Sarah, and Alex gave us incredible personalize feedback on the areas we need to improve in order to become better coaches! 

And we found a bomb bbq place 🤘🏼

Attending the CF-L1 seminar at Crossfit District 6 in Cape Town, South Africa, has truly developed my foundational crossfit skills and I can't wait to explore these skills with athletes to be the best they possibly can!!
