Your interview videos and articles are really informative. More than that, it's engaging, engaging, and well-written. I look forward to seeing many more of these wonderful types of writing.

Because I care about my health, I used the laptop cu to search for information related to saturated fat and cholesterol in food and blood. In fact, the current high mortality rate of people with cardiovascular disease. I was lucky and happened to know that this article is related to the material I am looking for and I have heard the full interview with David Diamond, Ph.D.

Great interview! I love Katina’s idea to get more continuous glucose monitors into the hands of CrossFitters. It would be so fascinating to learn the impact of different workouts, foods and lifestyle factors on blood glucose.


David’s talk at the Game Changers DDC was incredible and I always learn something new when I hear him speak. I didn’t know glucose was one of the only molecules in the body capable of reacting to other molecules without an enzyme. That makes it much clearer why it is so tightly managed, and destructive if not. Another interesting thing about glucose is that a typical person has only 4 grams of it in their bloodstream at most times. A diabetic might have 6 grams. That such a tiny amount of sugar (half a teaspoon) can change our metabolism so profoundly is amazing. That a tiny bit of sugar can trap our enormous stores of fat is like a mouse guarding an elephant cage.

Had an unbelievable experience at the CF-L1 Trainer course this weekend. Met such passionate and amazing trainers and attended great lectures and breakout sessions. Special thanks to trainers Dennis Marshall, Aimee Lyons, Jon Mears, & Joey Dill for making the experience truly something special!
