Once again, good food for thought.

Especially the last three sentences says a lot.

What about changes that occur at cellular lever during different training programs in terms of type of exercise and intensity.

And the influence that will have on calorie expenditure?

Eww, just reading that list of things Michael Phelps ate daily makes my blood sugar spike. I guess you find what works for your performance and run with it huh?
