I cannot congratulate you enough. It is a huge hurdle for seasoned athletes to cross the threshold of a crossfit box. I know what courage it took. With that type of attitude you will make it. Is is so important today to set a good example for our family. The battle against fake science and the sugar and drug industry is uphill but with people like you we are winning

Macro view template analysis

Workout Structure:

First day was followed “AMRAP” template. This exercise used of 5 movements from gymnastic form. The training purpose is to improving the lactate tolerance and as a result reduces the drop power. Stamina and cardiorespiratory played a major role in this exercise. The aerobic system was dominant energy pathway in this program. Furthermore, short time per set (20 sec) will make use of the lactic acid energy system.

Second day was followed both “For Completion” and “as heavy as possible” template, respectively. Two formats of gymnastic and weightlifting were used in this high volume WOD. The purpose of the exercise was to perform the heaviest resistance in 10 repetitions. The reps selected so that challenge the strength and muscular endurance. Strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination were challenged for GPP skills. Moreover, the aerobic system was a domain energy pathway for first part and the lactic acid system was a domain energy pathway for second part of this WOD.

Third day was time to evaluate yourself; this day was a day that you should evaluate yourself both physically and mentally and define new targets for your professional life. What WOD did you select? What was your strategy? What is your perceived philosophy?

Conclusion

As can be seen, this 2 first programs in this cycle focus on the 2 energy pathways (aerobic and lactic acid) together. Moreover, the stamina, cardiorespiratory,

strength, muscular endurance flexibility and balance played a major role in 2 first programs. As a final note, “AMRAP”, “For completion” and “AHAP” templates were used for programming in 2 first programs.

The third day was foe evaluate yourself.

Enjoy your rest day and recover your physical and mental dimensions
