Love the Sanctionals! Greatest change in the CrossFit as a sport subject. It also gives quality events for all the masters.

Nope Ramon
Tendras que participar en uno de esos eventos de la lista de los eventos sancionados (avalados)
Ya no habra mas regionales ya que eso le costaba mucho y con mucha razon
Saludos

This is a great reference article... just wanted to point out though that the Ivory Coast's flag is mistakenly displayed for Ireland. Very similar, just flipped around :)

With the open moved up to October, will the age group online qualifiers date be moved up also or remain in May?

What do you guys do for activity on rest days? I sometimes do some yoga, stationary bike, or swimming, just because I want to keep these practices going also.
Today I was going to do some Power-zone Training for 45 mins on the Peloton bike.

Something fun...nothing that's supertaxing, since this is supposed to be a rest day. Despite my post below, I'd say best is hiking, swimming, playing frisbee w/ friends or a dog, a nice bikeride, etc.

Poll. My birthday is this month and my wife is getting me a big gift card to Rogue. Should I get an Echo bike or a Ski Erg? I have an off brand air bike but the calories are way different than any of the main brands Crossfit boxes use. I’d appreciate some feedback, I can’t make a decision.

Since you already have a bike and rower, I’d suggest the skierg. To accommodate the calorie-count problem with your current bike, you can probably figure out a reasonable conversion rate so that you can accurately replicate WODs. Then you could have all three cardio options economically. But at the end of the day, if you’re really dissatisfied with the bike, you’re not gonna be happy until you upgrade it, so go with your gut.

If your airbike is solid and provides a good workout, don't worry if the calorie count doesn't match some other brands. The ski erg is different enough and provides a stimulus very different from most exercise tools, so I'd go with that.
