August 14th 2005 CrossFit gymnastics coach Roger Harrell will unveil Everymans Gymnastics in a one day training seminar at Novato Gymnastics in Novato, California. This event will be a seminal moment in our longstanding effort to reintroduce to athletic strength and conditioning one of the most potent training stimuli in all of sport - gymnastics, which has tragically been absent from general athletic training for decades.
