You Do Not Need to Be Ready.
CrossFit® is a brand of fitness training built around constantly varied workouts that combine strength, conditioning, and functional movements. You might lift weights, run, row, or perform bodyweight exercises, all within a structured class led by a coach.
The goal is simple: build fitness that translates to real life, not just the gym.
No, and most people aren’t when they begin. Every workout is designed to be scalable, meaning it can be adjusted to your current fitness level, injuries, or experience. Whether it’s your first workout or you’ve trained for years, you’ll be guided through a version of the day’s workout that works for you.
Your first class is typically coach-led and structured. You’ll be introduced to the movements, learn proper technique, and complete a workout tailored to your level. Coaches will guide you throughout, so you’re never left guessing what to do next.
Most people start with 3-4 classes per week to build consistency and allow for recovery. As your fitness improves, you can adjust frequency based on your goals. The key is mastering technique and consistency, before adding intensity.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and training shoes, and bring water.
Most importantly, bring an open mindset. Your coach will guide you through everything else.
